Morris Minor
Launched in 1928 and in production from 1929, William Morris took his cars down to the territory of the Austin Seven. The first Minors were given a Wolseley-designed 847cc overhead cam engine that soon found itself powering the sporty versions with the Octagonal 'Morris Garages' brand on the radiator. The Minor changed to a less sophisticated sidevalve engine in 1931 and continued until 1934 when the Morris Eight replaced it.
