Lancia Cars
Vincenzo Lancia founded Lancia Autombiles in Turin in 1906, and many of his products showed great innovation. son Gianni Lancia look over Lancia on his father's death in 1937. Lancia produced the first monocoque body (the Lambda 1922), the first 5-speed gearbox in 1948, the first V6 engine in 1950, the first V4 engine, and because of this Lancia cars were complicated and expensive to manufacture. Lancia were taken over by the Fiat Group in 1969.
