Lancia Flavia Vignale Spider
Lancia announced its Flavia berlina in 1961, the result of Professor Fessia's engineering which included a Boxer Four aluminium engine of 1,488cc, disc brakes on all wheels and front wheel drive. In 1964 the Flavia Spider went into production at Carrozzeria Vignale with a design by Giovanni Michelotti. Only 1601 Vignale Spiders were produced, most using the 1,800cc engine or the later fuel-injected 1.8.
