Morris Oxford Series V, Series VI
Morris Oxford Series V went on sale in March 1959 as the fourth of the ADO9 'Farina Austins', almost identical to the Austin Cambridge but priced slightly higher. Although Pinin Farina had produced the body design, it was Sid Goble who did the 'badge engineering' of the Nuffield cars. An Estate car version of the Austin and Morris cars went on sale in spring 1960, the Morris version being known as the Morris Oxford Traveller. In 1961 All models were upgraded with the 1622cc B-series engine for the ADO 38 facelift, thus producing the Morris Oxford Series VI.
