The last update for the model came in 1964 with the introduction of the 6/110 Mark II. The Mark II was a more luxurious car, gave a smoother ride and had better braking and updated transmission. The gearbox was now a four speed with central floor mounted gear change and no standard overdrive. The only external difference was the fitting of 13-inch wheels instead of 14-inch, slightly different wheel trim and a Mark II badge at the rear. The rear leaf springs now had seven leaves. Production of the 6/110 MK II ceased in March 1968.

The last in along line of "big" Wolseley saloons, the 6/110 MkII took over in 1964. The main changes for this MkII model were the additions of a four speed manual gearbox and smaller, 13" road wheels. Cosmetically received no changes other than new badges and a restyled front grille.

Wolseley 6/110 MkII. Whilst these Big Farinas may resemble the smaller Austin Cambridge based Farina Austins, the larger 6/99 and 6/110 actually shared no components.
