Woodall Nicholson
Existing as Piercy's until 1873, Woodall Nicholson changed its name after Thomas Woodall Nicholson bought the company. After financial failure, new owners began to specialise in coachbuilding Hearses on Rolls-Royce chassis. After World War Two Woodhall Nicholson concentrated on Hearses and Limousines, often based on ordinary cars such as Austins, Fords and Vauxhalls. In 1983 Woodall Nicholson and Coleman-Milne merged.
