Maserati Sebring
The Sebring was a development of the Maserati 3500GT intended to appeal to the American market with a 2+2 body. Alfredo Vignale designed the body and it debuted at Geneva Salon in 1962, and into production in late 1963. The Sebring was named to commemorate Maserati's victory at the 1957 Sebring 12hour race. Mechanically the Sebring was very much as the 3500GT, sharing the same 3485cc six cylinder engine, but this was upgraded 3694cc, and fuel injection was later added. A Series II Sebring went inti production in 1965 with new headlamps and grille and bonnet vent. Production ended in 1969
