Lagonda Rapide
Based on the Aston Martin DB4, the 4-door Lagonda Rapide used the 4-litre 6-cylinder engine from the DB4. The body used Superleggera techniques by Carrozzeria Touring to bend alloy panels over tubular steel frame. Launched in 1961, only 55 Rapides were made and production ceased in 1964.
