Veteran Cars
The first automobiles evolved in Germany around 1885 with Carl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler separately inventing gas engines and producing self-powered vehicles. These early cars are now classified as 'Veteran' cars until 1915 when 'Vintage' cars took over.
