Standard Sixteen
The Standard Sixteen was introduced in 1934 with a 2143 cc side-valve 6-cylinder that was developed by Swallow Sidecars for their SS1. The larger Standard Twenty had a 2664cc engine, also used by SS. The Flying Sixteen replaced the Sixteen in 1936, mechanically similar but having a more streamlined body.
