Frazer-Nash BMW 315
In 1934 AFN entered into an agreement with BMW and acted as importers and assemblers of these cars as 'Frazer-Nash BMW'. The first Frazer-Nash BMW was the 1490cc 6-cylinder 315/1 sports model. The BMW 315 was launched in 1933 as a successor to the BMW 303 which was the first 6-cylinder BMW and the first BMW to feature a kidney grille. The 315 enlarged the 303 engine from 1173cc to 1490cc and was launched in 1934 and was available as a saloon, tourer, convertible and the triple carb 315/1 roadster. The 315 evolved into the larger-engined 319 in 1935.
