Abbott Estate cars on MkIV Fords

Abbotts of Farnham carried out Estate conversions just as they had done on the three previous iterations of the z-cars. The conversion for a Zodiac MkIV cost about £460 on top of the £1220 paid for the Zodiac MkIV itself. Altogether about 2100 MkIV Abbott estates on Zephyr on Zodiac MkIV were sold.

Ford Zephyr 6 MkIV Abbott Estate. Abbott took the MkIV Ford and added the rear windows and tailgate. Vinyl roof covering helped to disguise the joints.	Ford Zephyr 6 MkIV Abbott Estate. The Abbott conversion took the tailgate deeper than the original bootlid, opening between the lights.	Ford Zodiac MkIV estate. As with earlier Zephyrs and Zodiacs, the estate model was a post-production conversion by Abbotts of Farnham
