Ferrari 308 GTB. Leonardo Fioravanti designed the 308 GTB to supplement the unloved Bertone-designed 308 GTB4. Presented at the Paris Show in 1975 it is seen as the true successor to the Dino 246 GT. The first 18months of production the body was all fibreglass, but steel bodies were used from June 1977

Ferrari 308 GTB. Launched in 1975, the 308 GTB had a version of the same tube frame chassis used on the Dino 246 and in a longer form on the 308 GT4. A 2926cc V8 engine was mounted transversly across the chassis

Ferrari 308 GTBi. The GTBi and GTSi appeared in 1980 with fuel-injected V8 engines for better emissions.

Ferrari 308 GTBi. In 1980 emissions requirements forced Ferrari to give the 308 Bosch fuel injection, but this dropped output by around 40bhp.

Ferrari 308 GTS Quattrovalvole. The Quattrovalvole (or QV) model was introduced in 1982, giving 4 valves per cylinder.
