Austin A95 Six
The Austin A90 was upgraded to A95 in 1956, gaining 7bhp for its 2639cc six cylinder engine. Also given was an increased wheelbase, longer boot and restyling to lose the 'cow hips' tail. The same styling was later given to the A55 Cambridge. A 4-door Countryman estate with split opening tail was also introduced. The A95 Six was replaced in 1959 by the Farina Austin A99 Westminster after 28,000 had been built.
