Austin A135 Princess
Soon after its launch in 1947, the Austin A125 Sheerline was supplemented by a Vanden Plas-bodied version called the A135 Princess. In 1950 The Sheerline was replaced by Vanden Plas-bodied cars known as the A135 Princess MkII. The MkIII Austin A135 Princess was launched in 1953 with modernised wings and integral headlamps. The final version of the Princess was the MkIV available from 1956 to 1957, after which the Princes IV limousine carried on, and the Austin Westminster-based Princess 3-litre took over the market place of the A135.
