 Lagonda LAG50 DHC.  Under this sumptuous bonnet breathed a 2580cc straight six engines with twin overhead cams designed by Walter Owen Bentley.  This engine was further developed and used in Aston Martin DB2s.
 Lagonda LAG50 DHC. In 1948 David Brown bought the struggling Lagonda company and acquired with it the beautiful Walter Owen Bentley-designed 2.6litre 6-cylinder engine which powered this car (and became the basis of Aston Martin DB2-4 engines).
 Lagonda LAG50 DHC.  510 Lagonda 2.6litres were sold from 1948 to 1953, and 118 were Drophead Coupes.
 Lagonda 3-litre DHC.  In 1953 the Lagonda 2.6litre was replaced by the 3litre available as a 4door saloon, or 2door coupe by Tickford.  This Drophead Coupe was by Hermann Graber
 Lagonda 3-litre DHC.  This Hermann Graber Drophead coupe was almost pre-production and was delivered to Peter Ustinov.
 Lagonda LAG50 DHC.  Tickford built the Drophead Coupe on this 2.6litre Lagonda car
 Lagonda LAG50 DHC. Frank Feeley designed the 2.6litre Lagonda, and since the company had now joined Aston Martin under the ownership of David Brown, Feeley also drew the DB2.
