 Austin A90 Atlantic was not a success and in 1952 production stopped.  It's 4-cylinder 2660cc engine lived on in the Austin Healey 100
 Austin A90 Atlantic, launched in 1948 for an American market which did not take to its British 'American' styling, only 8000 were made.
 Austin A90 Atlantic Hardtop.  Under this 'transatlantic' styling lay an Austin A70 chassis and a 2,660 cc 88 bhp 4-cylinder engine which was later given to the Austin-Healey 100.

 Austin's Leonard Lord was supposed to have sketched the Atlantic design, but more likely it is the work of their own Italian designer Dick Burzi probably influenzed by a Pininfarina-designed Alfa Romeo (http://www.spideralfaromeo.it/schede/1938a.htm) a version of which was known to have been at the Austin works in 1947.
